Recommended remedial works:

  • Clear all gutters
  • Check all down pipes and connections joints for leakage and blockages
  • Any roof water draining onto balconies must be diverted via pipe extension or similar
  • Remove copings, replace DPC and refit
  • Pointing works to coping and brickwork / waterproof brickwork if brickwork is porous
  • Flat roof asphalt appears aged and cracked on balconies and would recommend replacement due visual condition
  • Up stand detail missing on certain balconies - this could cause ingress under storm conditions
