1 - Instructions
Written instructions have been received from Mr Glenn Taylor, subsequently accepted, to undertake a survey of the above property in respect of to clear the gutters and produce a report with costings to rectify the issues to the development and get it watertight and a costing for the internal repairs from leak damage.
From attending site the gutters overall worked as they should in most parts and where only 25% full with leaf litter still to drop so was worth waiting till major works commencing to save being charged twice. We relocated some slates while on site but again was pointless with all the other inaccessible one still to be done and have been charged for the ones completed.
No flat roofing repairs could be done at the time of the survey because this is major works

The property is located in the village of Cross Lanes a few miles outside of the town of Wrexham. Cross Lanes has local amenities including a convenience store and is easily accessible to the larger towns of Wrexham, and Bangor On Dee.

Originally constructed in 1870, Pickhill House was converted into apartments early 1990.
